Any instructions or requests for information received by Serendipity Travel Inc. from you (“Customer”) for the supply of travel and travel-related services and related information, including but not limited to travel locations, cruise or flight times, dates and prices, accommodations, transportation, insurance, currency, and schedules (“Services”), shall constitute acknowledgment by the Customer that they have received, understood, and agree to these Conditions and will be bound by them.
Any instructions received by Serendipity Travel Inc. for the supply of Services shall also constitute authorization for Serendipity Travel Inc. to act on behalf of the Customer in accordance with these Conditions.

The Customer’s attention is drawn to specific clauses below which exclude or limit Serendipity Travel Inc.’s liability and limit the time for bringing claims against Serendipity Travel Inc., specifically clauses 13, 14, and 15.

Nothing in these Conditions is intended to have the effect of contracting out of any applicable provisions of U.S. federal or state laws, except to the extent permitted by those laws where applicable.

1. Acceptance of these Conditions

Serendipity Travel Inc. operates solely as a broker and agent for purposes of the Services. The Customer explicitly authorizes Serendipity Travel Inc. to enter into any necessary or desirable contracts on the Customer’s behalf to fulfill their instructions and provide the Services.
As a broker, Serendipity Travel Inc. does not engage in any direct contractual relationship with the Customer for the provision of services beyond its agency role. Instead, it facilitates the procurement of services by establishing contracts between the Customer and third-party service providers.
This creates a direct contractual relationship between the Customer and the third parties, with Serendipity Travel Inc. acting solely as an intermediary.
Serendipity Travel Inc. is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by these third parties, nor does it offer any warranties or representations regarding their standards or accuracy of information.
2.2
All bookings are made on the Customer’s behalf subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by third-party service providers. The Customer acknowledges that all claims must be made against the relevant third-party service providers whose own terms and conditions apply to the Services.

The information supplied by Serendipity Travel Inc. regarding the Services is supplied by third-party service providers. Serendipity Travel Inc. accepts no responsibility for information supplied by such third parties.

Information about travel restrictions is provided as a courtesy to assist you in navigating travel requirements. It is ultimately the traveler’s responsibility to verify requirements before travel.

Unless otherwise stated by Serendipity Travel Inc., the price for any travel booking is not guaranteed. All prices quoted are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Foreign exchange fees, if applied to a charge, are beyond Serendipity Travel Inc.’s control and are imposed by your credit card company.

Other than Serendipity Travel Inc. service fees, all other monies received from the Customer in respect of the Services are received by us as an agent for the third-party service provider.

All air-only prices are subject to increase and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

If final payments are not received by Serendipity Travel Inc. by the balance due date indicated to you, your reservation is subject to cancellation.

All travelers must have a valid passport and/or visa for international travel, and many countries require at least six months of passport validity beyond the return date.
The Customer agrees to ensure that all travelers’ passports and visas are in order and that all personal information provided to Serendipity Travel Inc. matches the traveler’s official documentation.
Passport, visa, and health requirements are the responsibility of the Customer and each traveler. Immigration authorities may deny entry even when proper documentation is provided.
Serendipity Travel Inc. provides information in good faith but accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or changes in travel requirements.
Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of travel documents not meeting government requirements will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

4. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation
Serendipity Travel Inc. strongly recommends that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, trip interruption, loss of baggage, and other travel risks.
Travel insurance is especially recommended for international travel. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.

The Customer must ensure travelers are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to their travel destination.

Cancellations or amendments to bookings may result in additional charges imposed by travel suppliers. Depending on the booking, cancellation fees may be as high as 100% of the total cost of the trip.
The exact cancellation fees will be outlined in the invoice or supplier documentation provided at the time of booking.
If Serendipity Travel Inc. incurs supplier penalties due to changes or cancellations requested by the Customer, the Customer agrees to reimburse Serendipity Travel Inc. in full.

Suppliers reserve the right to collect increases in taxes, port fees, or government charges in effect at the time of travel.

Serendipity Travel Inc. shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to:
- weather events

- acts of God
- war or civil unrest
- terrorism
- strikes
- government regulations
- pandemics
- supplier failure
11. Force Majeure
The Customer agrees that Serendipity Travel Inc. is not liable for injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
Any legal recourse must be directed to the travel supplier providing the service unless the loss was caused solely by the gross negligence of Serendipity Travel Inc.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serendipity Travel Inc. disclaims all implied warranties regarding third-party services.

Any claim by the Customer against Serendipity Travel Inc. must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the event giving rise to the claim.
