From the very beginning, Rosie was incredibly responsive and attentive. She took the time to really understand my personal preferences, travel style, and budget, which made me more confident and comfortable traveling solo with a plan that was tailored to me.

What stood out the most was how she put everything together. She created a full day by day itinerary that included excursions, flights, transportation, and hotel all thoughtfully organized with a fun research portion about Portugal and with Portuguese phrases that I could practice. I felt safe with her being in touch my entire trip, checking in on me, staying up to date on my flights, and giving me travel tips to stay safe. So with her attention to detail and care, I was able to fully enjoy my experience without the stress of figuring everything out on my own. She’s also so so kind and genuine.
